the Mount Everest of Grilling

Miss Hannah Kate woke Rodney early on the 4th of July so that he could start our 4th of July dinner. 12.5 hours later - after much smoking, tending, and grilling TLC - we enjoyed our first grilled brisket. Someday, we'll bring our new found southern traditions up north to share with our Midwestern family and friends. They are delicious!
