Halloween party!

Thursday night Bible Study turned into a fun Halloween party this week. I made chili and potato soup and another friend brought yummy fall desserts. 

Before our friends arrived, Rodney took the girls trick or treating in the rain! The girls had a blast but I didn't get a " before" picture (getting ready for the party!). They ended up changing out of their wet costumes onto different dry ones.

We all dressed up and enjoyed hot apple cider to get warm. 

A Fall favorite

Roasting marshmallows on a bonfire at the end of a relaxing weekend. All bundled up around a warm fire and with the people I love makes for fun memories. 

My typical morning

Roll back over and try to avoid as many child induced injuries (read-from Hannah climbing all over me). Finally roll over to wander to kitchen. Give girls bananas. Drink coffee that Rodney left me in the pot. I thank The Lord every morning for my ready made hot coffee. Not sure who it blesses more- me or my children. :) 

Outdoor fun

Around here, daddy works and the girls play. I actually work too but take advantage of a quiet home to get indoor work done while the girls wear themselves out climbing trees and jumping in leaves;) 

Fall Festival

Cotton candy, pumpkin painting, petting zoo, popcorn , games and friends made for a fun afternoon.
